Marble

Through centuries the most well known interior stone has been marble, which besides having beautiful patterns and shades is also easy to handle.

Marble, which is soft and needs to be taken care of more is suitable most of all in living room and bathroom walls (7 mm white, grey, beige, pink, green and black marble plates are not much more expensive than ceramic tiles) and several other surfaces in these rooms.

Marble can be destroyed by acids (vinegar, wine, juice) therefore it is not advisable to use marble in kitchens. Using the technology to cover marble's light, porous surface with a protective layer such as silicon to prevent marble to get dirty, marble can be used in many more fields.

Usually polished marble is used, because then it is the most long lasting and easiest to clean.
